Reach prospects that are interested in your offer

Find out what kind of person is your best (and worst) type of customer. Customer models provide real insight into unknown behaviors, lifestyles, and product preferences of your customers.

How it works:

Your customer base is provided direct from you to our preferred partner (a data security and confidentiality agreement is used). The larger your customer database, the better the model. Your customer data is then extensively overlaid by our preferred partner’s information which includes data attributes from four major sources of demographic and psychographic information, purchasing patterns, and data elements that can improve your response and generate more customers like your best customers.

Included in this massive database overlay are over 35 million surveyed households, 3500 different sources of compiled and proprietary information which include information on 98% of US households, transactional information from over 250 catalogers and over 275 magazine publishers.

If your experience is typical, the model will identify not just an overall profile, but clusters of hidden groups within the overall profile and may help not only in prospecting but also identifying cross selling possibilities within your customer data you may not have noticed. The typical model would be geared toward new customer acquisition, but other models could be done for profitability or retention.

Once all this information is gathered, we review the results and help you plan a marketing strategy that takes advantage of the information gleaned from the model. Most models range in price from $5,000 to $10,000 and include a generous compliment of free leads that are provided that are selected per your model. Contact us for more details. Customer database should be at least 15,000 records for best results.
