mail programs for clients with existing volumes of over 3,000,000

preferred vendors including copywriters, type designers, printers,computer
service bureaus, lettershop services, list providers and Incoming
call centers.
Our involvement is customized to support each
client. We will quickly set up Business Reply Mail Permits for
you, Bulk Mail Permits, provide consultation on direct mail
pieces at no additional cost, suggest new offers, new formats,
one to one marketing ideas etc.
We manage the merge purge of each mailing list
used, having it checked for internal duplicates, omitted states
that were provided in error, records missing contact names or
addressing elements, omitted gender or other list hygiene issues.
Most jobs are sent out for NCOA and a collection of reports
that are generated by our service bureau so that you receive
proper credit for any bad data. We dictate the merge priority
and dupe eliminate against your house file and your “black
list.”

Using this network of proven vendors saves you
a substantial amount of money through high volume pricing discounts
and the catching of significant list errors before a mailing
takes place.
We co-ordinate each aspect of the job with the
various vendors involved and can often accommodate tighter time
frames because the vendors are working on multiple jobs for
us giving us increased flexibility to direct which job goes
next.
We pass on the savings that we earn for our high
volume to you. Each week or two depending on the program, you
receive copies of all the bills paid to the various vendors
on your behalf for reimbursement. You pay us a monthly management
fee to run the program.
